Make Your Thinking Visible

A free 5-day email course for educational consultants

You spent the weekend writing a LinkedIn post. You pulled from something real - a moment in a school, a conversation with a head, something you've spent years understanding at depth. You published it on Monday morning.By Wednesday it had thirty-two likes, four comments from people you already know, and zero messages from anyone who commissions work. You told yourself: keep going. Build consistency. Trust the process. So you wrote another one.

This is the doom loop. Not a motivation problem. Not a content quality problem.A structural problem. There is nothing sitting between your LinkedIn posts and a paid conversation. No system moving the right senior leaders incrementally closer to working with you. No asset doing the quiet work while you're busy delivering the sessions you were built to deliver. The gap between what you know and who can currently hear it - that gap is costing you rooms you should already be in.And nobody told you it was there.

You have the expertise. The system is the problem.

You've spent years - maybe decades - building something genuinely valuable in schools.

You know what works. You know what leadership teams need, sometimes before they know it themselves. But everything your career taught you about establishing credibility works against you on LinkedIn.Seniority doesn't transfer. Publications don't transfer. The quiet respect of a staffroom doesn't transfer.
What transfers is something most education consultants have never been taught to build.
This course teaches you to build it.In five days.Without posting more often, discounting your fees, or explaining yourself to people who should already understand what you do.

What changes across 5 days.

Day 1. The Doom Loop Named You'll map your visibility architecture for the first time - and see exactly where the gap is. Not a motivation problem. Not an imposter syndrome problem. A design problem with a design solution.Day 2. The Credentials Trap The things that built your reputation inside schools are quietly undermining your visibility outside them. This email names exactly how - and what to do instead.Day 3. The Documentation Mistake There's a difference between broadcasting and creating recognition. Senior leaders respond to one and scroll past the other. You'll learn to tell the difference in your own content.Day 4. The Framework Mistake Your methodology is the last thing to lead with. By the end of this email you'll have built a complete Tier 3 post - from the lines you wrote on Day 2 and the moment you captured on Day 3. In your voice. For the school leader you named on Day 0.Day 5. The Way Out The 'one-click-deeper' structure. How to build your content so every asset moves the right senior leader one step closer to a conversation with you.

This course is for you if:

You left a school role - or you're still in one - and you're building a consultancy around something you genuinely know how to do.You're posting on LinkedIn with some consistency. The engagement is modest. The conversions are close to zero. You have a framework, a methodology, or a body of experience that took years to develop — and you know it deserves a bigger audience than it's currently getting. You're not looking for a shortcut. You're looking for a structure that didn't exist when you needed it.You've had the thought - more than once - that someone with less experience and a louder presence is getting into rooms you should be in.You're not bitter about it.But you are done waiting for it to sort itself out.

This course is not for you if:

You're looking for a content volume strategy. This isn't about posting more. You want quick wins that don't require thinking. Every day in this course asks you to do one specific thing - and that thing requires you to engage with your own experience honestly. You've already solved the gap between your content and your paid conversations. If your pipeline is full and your ideal clients are finding you consistently, you don't need this.

Three tools. Yours when you finish.

The Content Audit Sort your last ten posts into three tiers. Most consultants discover they're 7-8 Tier 1, almost never Tier 3. That ratio explains everything. And it's fixable. The AI Content Prompt A prompt that produces LinkedIn content in your voice, from your experience, for your specific audience. I'll be direct about the irony: this is a course about making your thinking visible, and I'm handing you an AI tool. The prompt doesn't think for you. It listens to you - then helps you say it in a way that travels. The Tier Checklist One page. One question for every post before it goes live: could this have come from anyone else? If yes — it's not ready. A quick audit that stops you producing noise and starts building the trust that converts.

Who built this and why.

I'm still in the classroom.Twenty-two years in UK independent schools. Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. I teach Business. I also ghostwrite Educational Email Courses (like this one) for education consultants who have more to offer than anyone can currently see.I built this course because I kept watching the same thing happen.Someone would send me a piece of writing. The prose was fine. But the idea underneath it - the thing they'd spent fifteen years developing in schools - was extraordinary. It deserved a room ten times the size it was getting. The problem was never the thinking. It was always the gap. That gap is what I close.
